Little Dragons Program (3-7 years old) Our little dragon’s martial arts program is specially designed for ages 3-7. We can never reinforce enough how to protect our children from life’s dangers. In addition to fun, high energetic classes, our little Dragons learn: Stranger danger, 911 phone skills, self defense, fire safety, first aid, and drug awareness. This program will improve their ability to focus and concentrate their strength, balance, coordination, respect for others etc. Children feel great about themselves and have a sense of accomplishment that is hard to match in other sports activities Kids & Juniors Program (8-12 years old) One of the most rewarding activities that your child can be involved in is the Martial Arts! Amys martial arts’ program will greatly enhance your child's self-confidence and concentration for a better head start in life. Children have fun while developing skills that they will use in every day life and school. This not only helps them to improve their grades in school, but also prepares them to excel in all of life's challenges. Our children students also develop a more positive attitude that helps them to say "NO" to unhealthy peer pressure. Adult Programs The martial arts are a lifestyle that will promote growth in every area of your life. Over the course of your study, you will progressively learn skills that will allow you to identify, respond and take control of a situation when the need arises. In addition to learning valuable self-defense techniques, you will identify positive changes in your life immediately.
